The reported shutter speed and shutter burst refer to the use of the mechanical shutter. In addition, the X-A5 features an electronic shutter, which makes completely silent shooting possible. However, this mode is less suitable for photographing moving objects (risk of rolling shutter) or shooting under artificial light sources (risk of flickering).
