Any camera decision will obviously take relative prices into account. The listed launch prices provide an indication of the market segment that the manufacturer of the cameras have been targeting. The FZ300 was launched at a somewhat lower price (by 14 percent) than the RX0 II, which makes it more attractive for photographers on a tight budget.
