Any camera decision will naturally be influenced heavily by the price. Both the G15 and the FZ150 have zoom lenses built in. The G15 has a 28-140mm f/1.8-2.8 optic and the FZ150 offers a 25-600mm f/2.8-5.2 (focal lengths in full frame equivalent terms).
