Any camera decision will naturally be influenced heavily by the price. Many modern cameras are not only capable of taking still images, but can also record movies. It is notable that the NEX-5T offers wifi support, while the NEX-C3 does not. Wifi can be a very convenient means to transfer image data to an off-camera location.
