The price is, of course, an important factor in any camera decision. The retail prices at the time of the camera’s release place the model in the market relative to other models in the producer’s line-up and the competition. The SX730 was launched at a lower price than the GFX 100, despite having a lens built in. One difference between the cameras concerns the presence of an on-board flash. The SX730 has one, while the GFX 100 does not.
