Panasonic S1 for selfies?
The Panasonic Lumix DC-S1 has a flexibly attached rear LCD. However, the screen can not be turned to be front-facing, and, thus, cannot be used to monitor the framing when taking selfies or during v-logging. That said, the flexibility of the LCD's attachment will be very welcome for odd-angle shots.
In terms of size and resolution, the rear LCD of the Panasonic S1 measures 3.2 inches and offers a resolution of 2,100,000 dots. The panel is touch sensitive.

One useful feature of the S1 is a presence of a top-level LCD. While being, of course, smaller than the rear screen, the control panel conveys some of the essential shooting information and can be convenient for quick and easy settings verification.
